Cable reel is a professional equipment used in the process of oil drilling and production, where the submersible electric pump provides power to the submersible electric pump at different depths and positions underground. Due to the heavy weight of the submersible electric pump and power cable, the cable is wrapped around a steel drum. Mechanical equipment is required to rotate, retract, adjust speed, and change direction of the cable drum during lifting and lowering, and braking can be achieved in emergency situations.
The cable reel adopts a hydraulic drive method, consisting of a hydraulic station, transmission device, control valve group, frame, winch shaft, etc. The transmission device is integrated with a radial piston motor and a planetary reducer, and the clutch function is achieved by a guide column. The directional valve uses forward and reverse positioning handles to control the forward and reverse rotation, start and stop, speed regulation, directional control, and emergency braking of the cable winch. The speed control valve is used to control the speed of the cable winch, and the cable winch can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0-20r/min. The hydraulic system is equipped with a bypass circuit, which can achieve cable dragging conditions or be fixed according to user needs. The control valve group is located near the hydraulic station of the rack with a protective cover. The transmission device, hydraulic device, and electric control box are reinforced with protective steel pipes and can be disassembled.

The remote sensing control distance is not less than 100 meters, and the remote sensing control can realize the cable function through wireless means.

The automatic cable laying control system includes a main controller, which is connected to a laying servo control unit for controlling the laying mechanism and a winding control unit for controlling the winding mechanism. The various drivers, motors, and related parts in the control system achieve constant speed winding, tight and uniform laying, automatically and accurately adjust the pitch of the laying, so that the speed of the laying can change with the change of the winding speed. Moreover, this automatic control system ensures that the cable can be accurately reversed when it is laid to the edge of the reel, and there will be no depression or stacking of the reel edge due to manual adjustment, which can significantly improve the efficiency of cable laying and retrieval.
The automatic cable laying mechanism is driven by a screw and fixed by several optical axes, which can withstand a pressure of 1T without significant deformation, has a large adjustment range, is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and has a clutch function. During operation, the feeding amount of the cable is synchronized with the drum, and can be fed according to the outer diameter of the cable, which can achieve automatic left and right feeding stroke. It is equipped with a limiter to limit the stroke. When the cable guide block moves to the set position, it can automatically change tracks and move in the opposite direction through the internal mechanical structure of the mechanism, achieving round-trip function. The overall mechanism is set in position without affecting lifting and transportation.

The hydraulic control pipeline retractable machine consists of a hydraulic station, transmission device, control valve group, frame, winch shaft, etc., and is equipped with a guide column to achieve clutch function.
The directional valve uses forward and reverse positioning handles to control the start stop, speed regulation, directional control, and braking of the pipeline winch. The speed regulating valve is used to control the speed of the pipeline winch. The pipeline winch can be infinitely regulated within the range of 0-40r/min. According to practical working conditions, when the control valve stem is in the middle position of the control valve, it can be manually dragged to rotate freely while the equipment is stopped, or it can be fixed and kept stable.
Our company has independently designed a control system, which consists of an integrated block, control valve, and speed regulating valve. The control valve and speed regulating valve group are both plate valves, and the oil circuit is connected inside the valve body, thereby reducing the number of exposed pipelines, reducing external leakage, and facilitating installation and maintenance with a clean and beautiful appearance.
In addition, this valve group also has a shut-off unloading function. When the throttle valve is completely closed, the system automatically unloads without passing through the unloading valve. The motor only operates at very low pressure, effectively avoiding motor overload and high oil temperature.

The control methods of the device include manual control and remote control (the remote control adopts wireless retraction and provides explosion-proof certificate). The device is equipped with an automatic braking function, which can automatically brake when the pump speed exceeds the set speed, avoiding the dangerous accident of the retraction device losing control and the electric pump falling into the well. The retraction device can shorten the lifting time and save labor costs
